Commercial & Fleet Wraps in Naples, FL.

The crew drives past thousands of customers a day. A fleet wrap makes sure they know it. No shortcuts.

Talk fleet timelines with the installer, not a call center.

The same owner-led installation standards apply to work vans, trucks and trailers. Each project is planned around the vehicle, approved design and operating schedule.

How a fleet build runs.

  1. Brand intake. Logo files, brand colors, phone and URL, and the one line that has to be readable at a red light. Print-ready art is welcome; layout support can be scoped before production.
  2. Proof on your vehicle. The layout is prepared for each make and model in the fleet, and you approve the vehicle proof before production.
  3. Approved production plan. After proof approval, we confirm materials, production method and schedule in writing before installation. Approved files and specifications stay on record for future units.
  4. Install around your schedule. One unit in the bay at a time, with drop-offs planned around dispatch to reduce disruption.
  5. Handoff with driver rules. A wash guide for the crew: film lives longest when the pressure washer respects the edges.

Coverage is scoped by what the vehicle does and where it parks, not by a package sheet: full wraps, partial wraps with lettering, or clean cut-vinyl lettering and compliance numbers.

Materials built for route work.

Our planned in-house print setup centers on the Epson SureColor S9170. Until the equipment is installed and commissioned, every fleet quote identifies the approved vinyl, production method and schedule before work begins.

The Southwest Florida math.

Seasonal math is the whole argument here: from October to April the county fills up, the roads slow down, and a wrapped van at the light on Pine Ridge and 41 gets read by a captive audience twice a day. Pool routes, landscape crews, home watch, marine service: this is a gated-community economy from Port Royal to Ave Maria, and the vehicle at the gate is your first impression. The clean, branded truck is the one the neighbors remember when they ask who did the work.

Florida exposure makes film grade, surface preparation and edge work important. Studio work is completed by appointment at 524-A Industrial Blvd, Naples, FL 34104. Businesses also come from Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

Fleet wrap questions.

How long is each vehicle off the road?

Installs are staged: one unit in the bay while the rest run their routes, with drop-offs timed around your dispatch. Exact days per unit depend on coverage (full, partial or lettering), and you get that timeline at the consult, in writing.

We add vehicles every year. Will they match?

We keep approved design files, film specifications and vehicle templates on record. Film availability, production method and normal material variation are confirmed before every repeat order.

What happens at a rebrand or lease return?

Vinyl can support a later rebrand and is generally removable from sound factory paint. Removal results depend on paint condition, repairs and the lease agreement, so units are inspected and documented first.

Do you design the wrap, or do we bring artwork?

Print-ready artwork is welcome. If you need layout support, we can prepare a vehicle proof before production. Nothing moves forward until the proof and scope are approved.

Send the vehicle list.

Tell us what is in the fleet (makes, models, how many) and what the brand needs to say. You get back a plan for wrapping the fleet without parking it.
