Terms of Service

1. Agreement

This website is operated by ZAP WRAP LLC ("Zap Wrap", "we", "us"), a vinyl wrap studio based in Naples, Florida. By using zapwrapnaples.com or booking work with us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. What we do

Zap Wrap is a vinyl specialist. Vinyl is the whole job here, not a line on a menu. We provide:

• full color change vinyl wraps
• partial wraps: roof, hood, mirrors, accents
• chrome delete on trim, badges and window surrounds
• custom graphics, liveries and racing stripes
• commercial and fleet wraps

Ceramic coating is offered only as a finishing add-on to seal a completed wrap. It is not sold as a standalone service.

We work by appointment. For each build we book an enclosed, indoor bay and confirm the address with you when the slot is set, so there is no walk-in counter and no address published on this site. Where a job is better suited to a partner facility, we tell you that up front, including any difference in price, before you commit.

3. Quotes, booking and payment

Any price shown on this site or given in a message is an estimate, not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, its condition, the film chosen and the coverage required, and is confirmed only after we have seen the vehicle or adequate photographs of it. Prices, material availability and lead times can change.

Prices quoted are exclusive of Florida sales tax, which is added where it applies by law.

We supply all material. Film, tools and consumables are sourced and ordered by us for your specific vehicle. From you we need the vehicle and the deposit, nothing else. We do not install customer-supplied film.

A deposit is required to hold an install slot and to order film for your specific job. Because film is cut and ordered per vehicle, deposits on ordered material may be non-refundable. The balance is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not promise a completion date on this website; scheduling is agreed directly with you.

For any job over $150 you get the agreed figure in writing before work starts, and we do not exceed it without your consent.

4. Vehicle condition: read this one

Before installation we inspect the vehicle and will tell you honestly what we see. You are responsible for disclosing prior bodywork, repaints, filler, rust, or paint that is peeling, cracking, oxidized or aftermarket. On surfaces like these, film may not adhere properly, and removal can lift paint that was already failing.

We are not liable for damage to pre-existing defective, aftermarket or improperly repaired paint, whether that damage appears during installation, during the life of the wrap, or on removal. Where we identify a risk, we will say so before starting, and proceeding is your decision. Factory OEM paint in sound condition is a different matter: normal wrapping and removal is designed not to harm it.

5. Workmanship and manufacturer warranties

We stand behind our installation. If our work fails through our error, tell us and we will put it right.

The film itself is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty (for example 3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, Arlon, Hexis or Oracal), on that manufacturer's terms and duration, not ours. We pass through such claims but we do not extend, guarantee or substitute for a manufacturer's warranty.

Coverage does not extend to normal wear, or to damage from accidents, road debris, stone chips, vandalism, hail, storms, fire, flooding, automated car washes, pressure washing at close range, harsh chemicals, neglected maintenance, or work performed on the vehicle by anyone else.

6. Work performed by others

We disclaim all responsibility for work we did not perform. This includes wraps installed by another shop, film we are asked to remove or repair, prior paintwork, bodywork or coatings, and any outcome arising from them. Where we are asked to work over or around someone else's installation, we do so without any warranty on that underlying work.

7. Care after installation

We will give you care instructions. Following them is your responsibility, and warranty coverage assumes you did. In short: let the film cure before washing, hand wash, keep the pressure washer back and off the edges, skip the brush tunnel, and deal with fuel spills, bird droppings and tree sap quickly.

8. Vehicle legality and content

You confirm you own the vehicle or are authorized to have it wrapped, including where it is leased or financed. Some finishes, and color changes generally, may need to be reported to your insurer or your state registration; that is your responsibility, not ours. You are also responsible for having the rights to any logo, artwork or design you ask us to apply, and you agree to hold us harmless for claims arising from artwork you supplied.

Florida requires you to update your vehicle registration with the FLHSMV when a wrap substantially changes the vehicle's color. That filing is yours to make.

We will not apply film over license plates, headlights, tail lights, turn signals or reflectors, and we will not produce a finish that imitates an emergency vehicle. Florida law prohibits these (Fla. Stat. 316.610, 320.061, 316.2004), and we decline the request rather than hand you a ticket.

9. Photography

We photograph and film the work we produce and use it in our portfolio and on our social channels. If you prefer your vehicle not be shown, tell us and we will keep it out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. This website

Site content is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error free. Photographs of finishes are indicative: color, metallic flake and color-shift films render differently under different light and on different body shapes, and a screen is not a sample. Ask to see a physical sample before committing to a finish.

All text, images, video and the Zap Wrap name and marks on this site are owned by or licensed to ZAP WRAP LLC and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Photography of completed builds is published with the photographer's permission and, where the build was installed for a third party, with that party's permission and credit. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

3M, Avery Dennison, KPMF, Hexis and Oracal are trademarks of their respective owners, and vehicle makes and models are named only to identify the film lines we install and the cars we wrap. Zap Wrap LLC is an independent installer: not an authorized dealer, certified installer, or affiliate of any film manufacturer or vehicle manufacturer. Vehicle renderings in the colour configurator are illustrative and are not photographs of your car.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services or this website is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific job in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of use of the vehicle, loss of income, rental or transportation costs, diminished value, or lost profits, even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them or out of our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

13. Storage, collection and our lien

We tell you when the vehicle is ready. Please collect it within three business days of that notice. After that we may charge reasonable daily storage, because a finished car sitting in a booked bay blocks the next build.

Under Florida law we hold a lien on the vehicle for the labour and materials we put into it (Fla. Stat. 713.58) and may retain it until the balance is paid. A vehicle left uncollected and unpaid may be dealt with under the procedures Florida law provides for that situation. We would rather call you: talk to us before it gets there.

14. Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a slot. Deposits covering film already ordered or cut for your vehicle are not refundable, since that material cannot be used on another car. Where nothing has been ordered yet, we will work the date out with you.

15. Accessibility

We want this site usable by everyone, and we build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA: text alternatives on images, labelled form fields, keyboard navigation, a skip link, and reduced-motion support for visitors who ask their device for less animation.

16. Language

This site is published in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew. These terms are maintained in English, and the English text governs. If you would like them explained in another language before you book, ask us and we will go through them with you.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here on the date your work is booked is the version that applies to that work.
