Refund Policy

1. What the deposit is for

The deposit does two jobs: it holds your install slot, and it pays for the film we order for your specific vehicle. It is not an extra charge. Every dollar of it comes off your final invoice.

2. Cancelling before we order film

Change your mind before we have ordered or cut material and your deposit comes back in full. No fee, no argument. Tell us as early as you can, ideally at least 72 hours before your slot, so the bay can go to someone else.

3. Cancelling after film is ordered or cut

Once film is ordered in your colour, or cut to your panels, that material is spent. It cannot be returned to the supplier or used on another car. From that point:

• the cost of the material is not refundable
• anything you paid above that cost is refunded
• you get the material cost in writing, not a round number

If the film has been ordered but not yet cut, and it is a stock colour we can use on another build, we will tell you so and refund it. We do not keep money we can avoid keeping.

4. Stopping a job that has already started

If you stop the work once the car is in the bay, you are charged for the labour completed and the material used to that point, and the rest is refunded. A part-wrapped vehicle is returned to you as it stands. Removing partially applied film is a separate job and is quoted separately.

5. Completed work

A finished wrap is not returnable, the same way a paint job is not returnable. Once the vehicle has been handed back and accepted, the sale is final.

That is not the end of our responsibility. It is where the warranty starts.

6. Warranty is not a refund

If something is wrong with our workmanship, lifting edges, a seam that opened, a panel that was not right, we fix it. That is what the workmanship warranty in our Terms of Service covers, and it is the correct remedy for a wrap. We repair or re-do the affected work at our cost. We do not refund a completed wrap in place of fixing it.

Material defects are covered by the film manufacturer's own warranty, which we register and help you claim. Damage from washing brushes, pressure washers on the edges, road debris, accidents or third party work is not a warranty matter.

7. Choosing the colour is your call

We show you the finish before we install it, on your own car in our visualiser and on a physical sample where we have one. Once you approve the colour and the work is done, deciding you prefer a different shade is a new job, not a refund.

8. If we cancel

If we cancel your booking, or the vehicle turns out to be unsuitable for wrapping once we inspect it, you get everything you paid back in full, including any material cost. That risk is ours, not yours.

9. How to ask for a refund

Message us the way you always do, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and say what happened. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the same card or account you paid from. Card refunds normally land in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank, not on us.

10. Before you call your bank

If something has gone wrong, talk to us first. A chargeback filed before you have told us about the problem freezes the money for months and stops us fixing anything. One message is faster than a dispute, and we have never needed one to do the right thing.

11. Sales tax and fees

Refunded amounts include any sales tax charged on the refunded portion. Card processing fees are not deducted from your refund.
