Who we are

This website is operated by ZAP WRAP LLC, a vinyl wrap studio based in Naples, Florida, serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. In this policy "we", "us" and "the studio" mean ZAP WRAP LLC. "You" means anyone visiting zapwrapnaples.com or contacting the studio.

What we collect

1. Information you send us directly

When you send a message on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, or call or text the studio, we receive whatever you choose to share. The consult form prepares a WhatsApp draft; we receive it only after you send it in WhatsApp. In practice, shared details usually include:

• your name or social media handle
• your phone number, and your email address if you give one
• your vehicle: year, make, model, condition
• photos of the vehicle and reference images of finishes you like
• anything else you write in the message

The consult form on this site does not run through a server of ours. Submitting it opens a WhatsApp link with the details you typed included so WhatsApp can prefill the message. WhatsApp and Meta therefore receive the link request and its prefilled data when the link opens. Zap Wrap receives the message only after you press Send in WhatsApp.

2. Advertising and analytics data from this website

If you choose Accept in the cookie notice, this site loads the Meta Pixel (pixel ID 1584101513429246), a standard advertising tool from Meta Platforms used by most businesses that advertise on Instagram and Facebook. It records that a browser visited pages on this site and reports that back to Meta so our ads reach people who are actually looking for vehicle wraps, and so we can tell whether an ad worked.

Besides the page view, the pixel records contact-intent events when the consult form opens WhatsApp, or when a WhatsApp link or studio phone number is tapped. These events show intent to contact us, not a completed enquiry or booked job. None of the form details are sent to the pixel.

The pixel does not receive your name, your phone number or anything you typed into the form. What it does handle is technical and behavioral data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and Meta cookie identifiers. Meta may be able to link that to an existing Facebook or Instagram account. Meta acts as an independent controller of that data under its own terms, which you can read in the Meta Privacy Policy.

3. Google Analytics and Google Ads

If you choose Accept, this site also loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RLQ14CC2C8) and the Google Ads tag. Analytics tells us how many people reached the site, which pages they read, roughly where they are (city level), and which device and browser they used, so we know whether a post or an ad is working. It handles technical and behavioral data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and Google cookie identifiers. The Google Ads tag supports advertising measurement. Contact-link interactions are recorded as intentions to contact us, not as received messages, bookings or paid jobs.

We do not send form names, phone numbers or message text to these Google tools. Google's handling of technical visit data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can decline these tools in our cookie notice. For Analytics, Google also provides the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

4. Cookies and your choice

The Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Ads can set cookies. These tools are not requested until you choose Accept in the cookie notice. Choosing Decline leaves these tools unloaded. Your choice is remembered on your device; clearing your browser storage brings the notice back. The site works normally either way, and nothing you type into the consult form is sent to either tool.

5. Technical data from hosting

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, it receives the standard request data needed to serve the page, including your IP address and browser type. Typefaces are served from this site itself, not from a third-party font service. Apart from the two tools described above, we run no analytics of our own and no other tracking.

Why we use it, and for how long

Contact details and vehicle information are used for exactly two things: preparing your quote and communicating with you about the job. We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to service the work and meet ordinary business and tax obligations in Florida, after which they are deleted. Advertising data is retained by Meta under Meta's own retention schedule, not ours.

We do not use your information to build profiles, and we do not send marketing blasts to people who simply asked for a price.

Who your information goes to

The only parties that touch your data are the service providers we need to run a business: the messaging platforms you contacted us on (Meta and WhatsApp), our website host, and, if you become a customer, ordinary business services such as payment processing and accounting. Each handles data under its own agreement with us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Photos of your vehicle

We photograph and film the work we do, and we post it on our social channels. If you would rather your vehicle not appear in our content, tell us before or during the job and we will keep it out. If something is already posted and you want it taken down, ask and we will remove it. License plates are not published.

Your choices and rights

• Ask what we hold. You can ask what information we have about you and we will tell you.
• Ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry and contact details, and we will, except where we are legally required to keep a record of completed work.
• Correct it. If something we hold is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
• Stop hearing from us. Reply "stop" to any message from the studio, or just say so, and we will stop contacting you.
• Opt out of ad tracking. You can limit the Meta Pixel through your Meta ad preferences, your browser's tracking protection, or a content blocker. The site works normally with the pixel blocked.

To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. We do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site and our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.

Language

This site is published in English, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Hebrew. This policy is maintained in English, and the English text is the one that governs. If you would like it explained in another language before you send us anything, ask and we will walk you through it.
